This place is really really good. Get the Key West feel and ambiance in Sebastian. Food is well prepared and delicious. The authentic Maryland crab soup is delicious and truly authentic. Good service, fantastic riverfront views, wonderful music (live), and good people. I highly recommend this establishment.
Wonderfully relaxing restaurant and bars situated on the Indian River in Sebastien, Florida. Our server was gregarious and totally efficient. She checked on us at least four times even though the place was becoming packed. Fresh catch options were excellent. All in one atmosphere for dining and then drinks and dancing made this place a place to be. Across the street was a hotel and resort. This hotel has it all. The combination of restaurant and then a sandy beach setting in the three bar areas create a party atmosphere like no other. Join the fun. Have a drink and relax.

Blackfins is the amazing seafood restaurant at the Capt Hirams complex in Sebastan, Florida. Easy access from Route 1 and worth a diversion from A1A and I-95. Food is Florida fresh seafood based and delicious! Service is friendly! Waterside atmosphere is cool and casual and hard-to-beat. Amazing views! Parking can seem tight nearby, but is available in multiple large Hiram-owned lots. It's worth it to circle for a spot. I look forward to returning! Highly recommended.
Very nice! Comfortable atmosphere with perfect view of the marina that is only yards away. Eight of us old folks in our motorcycle group very much enjoyed our visit. The food was really good... and plentiful! The eclectic marine decor is fun, too. We rode over from Orlando and all agree it is worth the trip! Go.
As someone from out of state, I have visited Captain Hiram’s sandbar for most of my life (which is an amazing place), but had never ate at Blackfins. We had a group of 8 and everyone’s meal was fantastic. I can’t believe we haven’t ate here sooner and this will now be a staple on our vacation every year. Not one person complained. From the scallops, to the shrimp po boy, to the Reuben, to the blackened fish BLT, everything was delicious. I can’t stop thinking of their fries. Their fries were probably the best I have ever had. The seasoning was great. My shrimp po boy had a lot of shrimp on it, and everyone left full. We had a gorgeous view right from our table. Even though it rained and the windows were open, no one near the window got wet. Highly impressed with Blackfins!!!
I had the 6 Thursday mai tai drink and the fish and chips as did my friend. The cod was perfectly cooked and delicious and I usually don't like french fries but these were seasoned just right and I loved them. Prices were reasonable and the service was quick and friendly. You can't beat the view. Our table was right on the water. I will return there!
We go here every year while in timeshare at Oyster Bay. Love the atmosphere, food and service is excellent. Highly recommend trying it.
